FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
What printing technique is used?
Most apparel items on my sore are printed using Direct-to-garment.
What is that?
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, is a printing method that sprays the ink onto the garment. The ink then soaks into the fibers of the garment. It’s like printing on paper, but on clothing.
For the items that use DTG printing method, I have included a picture example of the expected print texture according to the fabric on each items page.
Please thoroughly read the description as I have filled it with important information for full transparency.
